St. Croix, U.S.V.I

For the past ten years, Adam's mom, Sherry, has house-swapped for the entire month of February. While she escapes to sunny St. Croix her St. Croix friends stay in her home as to take advantage of Salt Lake's epic snowfall and abundant winter activities. 

February 2022 was the FIRST YEAR EVER that Adam was able to join his mother on the island and I was lucky enough to get to tag-along! Sherry, being the well organized and thoughtful woman that she is, planned the most incredibleintroductory trip for us, so much so that we can't wait to go back again in February of 2024. 

Visiting St. Croix solidified in my mind the importance of variety in life.... Weather its day after day of speechlessly beautiful sunsets in paradise or waking up to multiple feet of snowfall as avid skier, there’s something to be said of places far away, places near and places dear.
